SKY HIGH PIE MARKETPLACE

Vendor Policy & Information

Please review the following information before participating in the Sky High Pie Marketplace.

Vendor Spaces

Vendors must remain in the table or tent space they reserved. Spaces may not be switched or moved without approval from Sky High Pie management.

Table spaces may use an umbrella. Tent spaces may use an Easy-Up/canopy. All vendor equipment and merchandise must remain within the reserved area.

Food Vendors

Food vendors are not permitted unless specifically approved by Sky High Pie management.

Parking & Unloading

Vendors may temporarily park along the side of the property while unloading or loading. After unloading, vendor vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area near the dumpsters. Parking closer to the restaurant is reserved for customers and employees.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled market date.

Refunds will be provided when Sky High Pie cancels the Marketplace because of weather, a private event, or another operational reason.

Weather

Sky High Pie management will determine whether the Marketplace will operate during questionable weather conditions. Vendors will be notified if the Marketplace is canceled, delayed, shortened, or otherwise changed because of weather.

 

Private Events & Schedule Changes

Sky High Pie may occasionally need to cancel a Marketplace date, operate a half-day market, delay opening, or close early because of a private event or another operational need. Affected vendors will be notified as soon as possible.

Monthly Booking

Marketplace spaces are made available one month at a time. Approximately one week before the end of each month, reservations for the following month will be posted.

Vendor Property

Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, displays, money, and personal belongings. Sky High Pie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property.

Questions & Communication

All Marketplace questions, cancellations, and other important communication should be sent by email so there is a written record.

Marketplace Operations

Sky High Pie management determines Marketplace operating dates, hours, space assignments, weather cancellations, private-event changes, and other operational decisions.
